Real Madrid officially announce Keylor Navas signing

Keylor Navas Costa Rica Levante

Real Madrid have at last announced the capture of goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who has joined Los Blancos on a six-year contract.
Keylor Navas is now officially a Real Madrid player, after the club communicated that his signing has been completed on Sunday, with a full agreement reached for his transfer from fellow La Liga side, Levante.
The 27-year-old Costa Rica international joins on a six-year contract and following his customary medical, he will be presented before the media and fans at the Santiago Bernabéu on Tuesday, with a press conference also scheduled for 13:00 CET.
Following his participation at the World Cup with Costa Rica, Keylor Navas has spent the last few weeks back in his home country, awaiting the completion of his move, which has now finally come this weekend.
Having enjoyed an excellent 2014-2015 campaign with Levante, it seemed inevitable that Keylor Navas would leave them, amidst strong interest from Portuguese sides Benfica and FC Porto, along with suggestions that German champions Bayern Munich, were also set to swoop. He will remain in La Liga now however, likely to compete for a starting spot with Iker Casillas, following speculation that Diego López is set to leave Real Madrid.
