Michael Schumacher Latest: Felipe Massa F1 legend and former team mate of Michael Schumacher say's he 'reacts with his mouth' during his recent visit

The Brazilian said he got some response from the seven-times world champion as he is eased out of a coma following his Alpine skiing accident

Michael Schumacher's former Ferrari team-mate Felipe Massa has secretly visited the stricken F1 legend as he battles to survive.
Brazilian Massa said he got some response from the seven-times world champion as he is eased out of a coma following the Alpine skiing accident which nearly cost him his life.
Massa said: "He was sleeping, and I was very positive because he was normal.
“He looks normal, and he also gave some reactions with the mouth and everything. So it’s positive to look at him.
“I have no experience to say anything. I’m not a doctor. But when I saw him, for me, it looked very positive."
German Schumacher, 45, was put into a medically-induced coma to give him a chance of recovering from brain injury after he hit one rock and was catapulted on to another as he skied off-piste at the exclusive French resort of Meribel on December 29.
He has undergone two operations to relieve pressure on his brain and to remove haematomas.
Schumacher’s manager Sabine Kehm confirmed the father of two had begun the “waking-up process”, although she refused to give a timescale on what can be an extremely long process.
Massa, currently testing Williams’ new Formula One car in pre-season in Bahrain, revealed he went to visit his pal at the University of Grenoble Hospital after the F1 test in Jerez at the end of January.
“I always try to be optimistic,” Massa, who left Ferrari at the end of last season after spending eight years with the famous Italian team, said.
“I saw him, I talked to him, I told him everything I did in Jerez about my car, my new team Williams, everything. I told him to wake up many times.
"I’m positive. We need to believe.
"It’s always very difficult to say because I have zero experience about what the doctors say.
“But I saw him and was very happy to be together with him for a very long time, talking to him, trying to give the best energy and just help him.
Schumacher’s 45-year-old wife Corinna has remained by his bedside throughout, constantly talking to her husband.
