Ahead of Sunday Game: Arsene Wenger urges Gunners to be Self Focus

Arsene Wenger wants Arsenal to focus on their own performances rather than worrying about their title rivals, ahead of his side’s Premier League clash against Crystal Palace on Sunday. . The Gunners slipped down to second position in the Premier League after a 2-2 draw with Southampton on Tuesday.
Arsenal will be looking to reclaim top spot in the Premier League at the weekend when they will welcome Crystal Palace to the Emirates Stadium, before Monday’s crucial match between current leaders Manchester City and third-placed Chelsea. However, Wenger, who admitted that his side did not play well against Southampton, wants the Gunners to solely focus on themselves. . But the Frenchman is of the opinion that Arsenal have it in them to produce top-notch performances and demanded one against Crystal Palace. We have to look at ourselves and only think we have to move forward, Wenger said via Arsenal Player. If you continue to move forward week after week you will make the difference. The kind of performance we delivered at Southampton will not move us forward so let's focus to come back on Sunday and produce a good performance. Our future lies there, to be capable to repeat a top-level performance that demands top level-commitment in every single game. This team has commitment, character, and intelligence and when we were questioned we always respond well. That's what is at stake on Sunday for us…
